NOTE: There is a SUPPLY FEE of $200 per student due at time of enrollment. This fee covers all classroom school supplies including a "Little School" tote bag.

The following items are needed to complete the registration process:

• Completed 2026-2027 Registration Form – per student
• Completed Media Authorization Form – per family
• Signed Tuition and Fee Policy Information Form – per family
• Two separate payments – per family:
  • Cash or Check #1 made payable to “AECC” for Registration / Supply Fee (This is non-refundable.)
  • Cash or Check #2 made payable to “AECC” for May 2027 tuition payment (This is due at time of enrollment and non-refundable after April 1.)
• A Health Form and an updated Immunization Record is required to be submitted by the first day of school.  Each student attending The Ascension Early Childhood Center is required to have a physical examination by a licensed physician, upon entrance to school. In addition, all students must be fully immunized - including the Hepatitis B (Hep B) vaccine - and present documentation of up-to-date immunization status, including month, day, and year of each immunization before attending school. NO EXCEPTIONS!

There are 3 ways to register:

1. Mail the enrollment to “AECC” 230 Santa Maria Drive, Chesterfield, MO 63005
2. Bring the enrollment to the Ascension School Building during school hours (7:30am-2:55pm Monday through Friday). Ring the bell and tell the person who answers that you “have something for The Little School”.
3. Bring the enrollment to the Parish Office (8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.)

Enrichment enrollment is part of the Class Enrollment Form which can be found in the Forms Library.

OPTION 1 = PAY AS YOU GO: $20 per session. 24 hours notice is required for this option. Space is limited.

OPTION 2 = Register using the class enrollment form and receive a discount on monthly Lunch Bunch tuition.
