NOTE: There is a SUPPLY FEE of $150 per student for the above classes.

The following items are needed to complete the registration process:

• Completed 2023-2024 Registration Form – per student
• Completed Media Authorization Form – per family
• Signed Tuition and Fee Policy Information Form – per family
• Two separate payments – per family:
  • Cash or Check #1 made payable to “AECC” for Supply Fee (This is non-refundable.)
  • Cash or Check #2 made payable to “AECC” for May 2024 tuition payment (This is due at time of enrollment and non-refundable after April 1.)
• A Health Form and an updated Immunization Record is required to be submitted by the first day of school.  Each student attending The Ascension Early Childhood Center is required to have a physical examination by a licensed physician, upon entrance to school. In addition, all students must be fully immunized and present documentation of up-to-date immunization status, including month, day, and year of each immunization before attending school.

There are 3 ways to register:

1. Mail the enrollment to “AECC” 230 Santa Maria Drive, Chesterfield, MO 63005
2. Bring the enrollment to the Ascension School Building during school hours (7:30am-2:55pm Monday through Friday). Ring the bell and tell the person who answers that you “have something for The Little School”.
3. Bring the enrollment to the Parish Office (8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.)

NOTE: ENRICHMENT SUPPLY FEE Additional Non-refundable $50 per student.

Enrichment enrollment is part of the Class Enrollment Form which can be found in the Forms Library.

OPTION 1 = PAY AS YOU GO: $15 per session. 24 hours notice is required for this option. Space is limited.

OPTION 2 = Register using the class enrollment form and receive a discount on monthly Breakfast Bunch tuition. 

Breakfast Bunch days must be the same days as morning class. This option also guarantees your spot in the class.

OPTION 1 = PAY AS YOU GO: $15 per session. 24 hours notice is required for this option. Space is limited.

OPTION 2 = Register using the class enrollment form and receive a discount on monthly Lunch Bunch tuition. 

Lunch Bunch days must be the same days as morning class. This option also guarantees there is a spot in the class.
