Daily Covid Questionnaire
Protecting every student and teacher is our top priority. Every student must submit a Covid Daily Health Screening. This on-line questionnaire must be completed each morning (not the night before).
After successfully completing this screening you will receive a certificate via email that you will need to show the teacher who opens the car door. You can print this certificate or have it ready to show on your phone. If someone else is dropping off your child, please forward the email with the certificate to them.
